James W. Kellenberger is pleased to announce the opening of two new office locations. His main office is moving from Santa Clara, where he has practiced for over 20 years, to 2072 The Alameda, San Jose – just a couple of miles from his last office. He has also opened a satellite office in the Chamber of Commerce Building at 235 Main Street, Half Moon Bay to better serve his San Mateo County clients
Jim continues the practice of law as a sole practitioner, providing personalized legal services in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile court law, personal injury, estate planning and small business. Despite increasing competition from large, well-funded law conglomerates with their aggressive marketing techniques, Jim adheres to his practice of providing expert legal advice and representation at reasonable costs by avoiding large expenditures for advertising and lavish overhead and salaries.
The focus of Jim’s practice is serving others, placing their interests before his own, with a dedication to the pursuit of justice and fairness for the individual. With his background in business management, the U.S. Air Force, and almost 40 years of courtroom litigation, he combines preparation, tenacity, attention to detail, and experience to achieve the best possible results for his clients. Known as “The People’s Lawyer” by some who know his practice, Jim obtains most of his business by referral from clients, fellow attorneys, and those in various branches of law enforcement.
